Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern the purchase and use of the Professor's Pocket digital products presented on the sites published on professorspocket.com and its related subdomains (for example, VolleyballCoachPRO, NetballCoachPRO, BasketballCoachPRO and Total Football Coach). These are downloadable materials in PDF (and, where stated, web-app) format: no physical product is shipped.

2. Price and payment

The price is the one shown on the sales page and at checkout, in the currency and with the taxes applicable to the buyer. Payment is a one-time payment: no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Whop, through the ImpulTienda checkout, which issues the purchase receipt.

3. Additional offers

After your purchase you may be offered optional add-ons (for example, complementary materials or upgrades). They are charged only if you expressly accept them with the corresponding button.

4. Delivery

After the payment is confirmed you receive access to the materials by email and/or instant download. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder or write to us stating the product purchased and the purchase date.

5. Money-back guarantee

If the product is not for you, you can request a refund within the money-back window stated on the product's sales page and at checkout (for our coaching systems, 30 days from purchase) by writing to support@professorspocket.com with the product purchased and the purchase date. See the Refund Policy.

6. Licence of use

The materials are for the buyer's personal and professional use (you may use them with your own teams and in your own sessions). You may not resell, share, publish or distribute them, in whole or in part. All rights in the content remain with Final Castt LLC.

7. Notice about the content

The materials are intended for sports coaches and physical-education teachers and are for educational, planning and organizational purposes. They are a descriptive coaching reference only, and are not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by any sport's governing body, federation, league or association (including, without limitation, FIVB, World Netball, FIBA or FIFA and their national members). We do not promise specific results (such as wins, player selection, athletic performance) or any income result.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
