Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This policy explains how we handle the personal data of people who visit the sites published on professorspocket.com and its related subdomains, and of people who buy our digital products, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable data-protection law.

1. What data we process

2. Why we process it and on what basis

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in those cases the transfer is made with the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).

4. How long we keep it

Purchase and support data is kept for as long as needed to provide the product and support, and for the periods required by tax law. Navigation and advertising-measurement data is kept for the period set by the respective providers.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

When you visit our pages we show a banner with "Accept all" and "Reject all". The Meta Pixel and the Utmify script load only if you accept: if you reject, they are not loaded and no measurement cookie is installed. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button or from your browser settings.

To know which ad a purchase came from, we copy the campaign parameters in the address (UTM/xcod) into the link to the checkout even if you reject. We do this without cookies and without storing anything on your device, solely to attribute the purchase to the campaign. The Meta click identifier (fbclid) is added only if you accept. On the checkout page the settings and policy of the checkout provider also apply.

6. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent, by writing to support@professorspocket.com. We reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.

6-bis. How to request deletion of your data

To request deletion of your personal data, write to support@professorspocket.com with the subject "Data deletion", stating the email you used for the purchase or support. We will confirm once done, keeping only what tax law requires us to retain.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above always shows the current version.
